I ordered an item which was on Backorder, how soon will I receive my package?

A.

A backorder simply means we don't have the physical stock in our online store at the time you purchased the product.  At Mishy Moo Pets we have a number of suppliers who are only a few hours away from our base, so that means in most instances we can replenish our sold out stock very quickly.  In most instances an item on backorder is already in transit to us, so you can always be assured it will not delay your order for more than 2 days more than if you ordered an item that was already in stock.

Where is the nearest Pet Store Location… Can I pick up my order direct from the Mishy Moo Pets shop?

A.

Yes!  Just because we are an online pet store, doesn't mean you (or your pet) can't come and visit us.  If you are a "Local" to our store base here in Birkdale, Queensland please contact us and we can work with you on your preferred collection times.

Can you source individual items for me?

A.

Yes!  Mishy Moo Pets is dedicated to offering the best range of products available to our online community and Friends of Mishy Moo through our online store.  If you can't find what you were looking for on our website simply email info@mishymoopets.com.au with the details of what you are after and your contact details and we will be in touch to discuss.

Do you have a shop front I can visit?

A.

No..... But this is only so we continue to provide you with great value for money products delivered straight to your door!  We are always happy to call you back if you need help deciding on a product from our store, so just send us an email with your details and we will be in touch.

Do you stock pet food and treats?

A.

Yes & No...  Due to the nature of some pet food we are unable to stock large quantities and still be able to ensure quality and freshness for your pets.  We can supply you with your fur babies favourite brands on a fortnightly or monthly delivery basis. Simply email us at info@mishymoopets.com.au with your contact details and your pets preferred brand and we will be in touch to organise delivery to your door.  Or you can save and collect locally from our Birkdale base.

As for treats, we are currently in the process of sourcing natural pet treats for sale here in our pet store.  Keep an eye on our blog or facebook page for the launch.

How to buy bulk pet supplies from Mishy Moo Pets…. Can I buy in bulk from your store?

A.

Yes!  We encourage you to buy as much of our products as you like and if you prefer to place your bulk order direct rather than through the online checkout, please send us your contact details to info@mishymoopets.com.au and we will be in touch to take your custom order direct.

Do you have pet supplies for other animals or just dogs and cats?

A.

Yes & No.... At this stage we are only advertising and stocking dog and cat supplies, however if we see an increase in requests for other animal supplies we will be adding them to our regular range.  In the meantime, if you would like us to place any special orders for you or source supplies for your other fur/ scale/ feather babies, please contact us and we will be in touch!
