Delivery – Postage and Returns Policy


Packages are generally dispatched within 5 days after receipt of payment and are posted via Australia Post unless the packages are over sized.  In the case of over sized packages a courier will be organised, but please note couriers can not deliver to PO Boxes.

In the event that you are ordering an item which needs to be "back ordered" please allow 14 days for arrival as we will rely upon our distributors delivery in this process and cannot guarantee your item to be dispatched within 5 days.

Promotional offers regarding FREE delivery should expect parcels within 5 days of ordering.  All deliveries will be left upon your consent to do so and Mishy Moo Pets Pty Ltd will not be held liable for any parcels not received.


Refunds will not be provided however exchanges are accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Where the product is damaged we will exchange with an exact replacement at no extra charge to you
  • Where you have changed your mind, however you will be responsible for returning the product undamaged and will be required to pay postage on the replacement item
  • Where you have ordered the wrong size, however you will be responsible for returning the product undamaged and be required to pay postage on the replacement item
  • Notifications must be made to us within 48 hours of delivery to be valid

If an incorrect product/s has been sent to you:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • You will be offered the option to purchase the product/s and will not be charged for delivery
  • We will arrange for the incorrect goods to be returned to us at no charge
  • You must re-pack the product/s in it's original packaging, or if no longer available, similarly adequate packaging to ensure a safe journey
  • We reserve the right to charge a replacement fee if the products are returned to us damaged, have been used, have been taken out of the packaging or are not returned in a resalable condition

Use of Third Party

In some instances we use direct shipping of products from our wholesalers to you.  Where required we supply your name and address to the wholesaler to ship your products to you direct.  At no time do ewe supply payment details to these providers.  This has been disclosed in our Privacy Policy.
